  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team to check availability and reserve your replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as refunds (unused, unworn, and in original packaging).
  • Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, the order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.
  • To cancel your order, contact our support team immediately with your order details.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may still return the item under our refund policy.
