- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
- To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Exchange Policy
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team to check availability and reserve your replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as refunds (unused, unworn, and in original packaging).
- Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, the order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.
- To cancel your order, contact our support team immediately with your order details.
- If your order has already shipped, you may still return the item under our refund policy.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
